Administrative Manager - Sarnia
Managing three business units within Ontario – Hamilton, London and Sarnia the successful candidate will have to be able to commute between all. Will be responsible for AP creating PO’s receiving invoices and reconciliation of credit cards. Also doing AR and taking direction from Operations for creating invoices and entering of receipts. Payroll responsibilities will include entering time sheets, entering hours worked on job sites and types of work, handing employee allowances as well as modifications for HR and payroll. Experience with union environments, Microsoft Office, AP, AR and payroll competencies. Post secondary degree in accounting or related discipline required. $60-65k to start with a minimum 3 years previous experience.

Diesel Mechanic - Hamilton
Hamilton based company requires a full-time diesel mechanic. Monday through Friday with occasional after hours or weekend work. This is a fleet maintenance position which consists of large vacuum trucks, wet vacuum trucks, high pressure wash trucks as well a cube vans and pickups. Successful candidate will have his own tools, be licensed, have some welding experience as well as some computer experience as all maintenance schedules are online.

Laboratory Technician - Toronto
The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of lab instruments: Sets up, operates and maintains laboratory instruments, monitors experiments, makes observations, calculates and records results, and often develops conclusions. Familiar with basic scientific principles and has had some laboratory experience. Responsible for environmental swabbing of facility and equipment. Good Microsoft Office skills. This is a one year contract position. Client prefers a Covid-19 vaccinated person to fill the position. Post secondary diploma/degree required. Quality Specialist - Toronto
Toronto based manufacture of quality baked goods is looking for a Quality Specialist. Primary role for the candidate is performing scheduled /unscheduled quality audits and the inspection and testing of products. Building and equipment audits will also be part of the candidate’s schedule. Continuously touring the facility to audit lines, interacting with operators, supervisory staff and taking corrective actions if required. Spot checking of warehouse and returned items. Testing of metal detectors and weighing equipment for correct operation. The successful candidate with have an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office, be familiar with HACCP, ISO and other quality systems. The position required long walks around the facility as well as the climbing of stairs so you should be in good physical condition. This position also requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Resume required. $25/hr. One year contract position.
